From a Small Fellowship to a Powerful Move of God

It Started With a Passion.

A few believers—mostly from the IT field, along with their families—came together with one burning passion:

A passion for Christ.
A passion for prayer.
A passion for Mission.

Near Hitech City, a small fellowship began meeting every Friday for prayer and every Sunday for worship.

And God Began to Move.

What started small became a place of God's powerful presence in every prayer, every worship service, every gathering. We experienced the abundance of God's presence.

The Lord was speaking to us, shaping us, and preparing each one of us to become a powerful vessel for His purpose.

Holy Prayer House Was Born

Following the leading of the Lord, Holy Prayer House — Hitech City was established on 1st January 2015.

What began as a small fellowship became a church.
What began with a few believers became a movement.
What began with prayer became a powerful testimony of God's faithfulness.

Holy Prayer House

Great Move Of God.

Mission Was Our Heartbeat

Before the Church, There Was a Mission.

A small group of believers—mostly professionals from the IT field, along with their families—came together near Hitech City with one burning passion:

A passion for Christ.
A passion for prayer.
A passion for mission.

And God began to move. His presence was evident in every prayer meeting and every worship service. God was speaking to us, inspiring us, and raising each one of us to become a powerful vessel for His purpose.

About Us

What We Believe

One True God

There is one true God, eternally existing in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

The Living God

The Lord is the true God, the living God, and the everlasting King. This is our firm belief and faith.

Jeremiah 10:10
The Word of God

We believe the Holy Bible is the inspired and reliable Word of God, written by men of God as they were moved by the Holy Spirit, and are the authoritative and trustworthy revelation of God's truth. It is our foundation for faith, truth, holy living, and guidance.

2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:20–21
Jesus Christ

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, atoning death, bodily resurrection, ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His return to earth in power and glory to judge the world and to reign.

Sin and Redemption

We believe in the fall and sinfulness of humanity, and that the only way to be cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the redeeming blood of Christ.

Salvation

We believe that salvation is the gift of God, received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, and not earned by human works. It is made possible through the redeeming work of Christ.

Sanctification and Living a Witnessing Life

We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit, whose indwelling enables believers to live a holy and Christ-centred life. Regeneration by the Holy Spirit is essential to transforming our lives and enabling us to be a faithful witness for Christ.

The Work of the Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit, who indwells, transforms, empowers, and guides believers, enabling us to live a holy life, grow in faith, and fulfil God's purpose.

The Two Ordinances

We practice two following ordinances:

Water Baptism — by immersion, after repentance of sins and receiving the gift of salvation.

Holy Communion — the Lord's Supper, observed in remembrance of Christ's suffering and death for our salvation.

The Anointing of the Holy Spirit

We believe in the Anointing of the Holy Spirit, as described in Acts 2:4, given to believers who ask in faith. The presence of the Holy Spirit is evidenced by a transformed life—greater love for God, spiritual empowerment to exercise His gifts, commitment to the Great Commission, and a life of holiness.

The Blessed Hope

We believe in the blessed hope—the imminent return of Jesus Christ. His coming is the hope and expectation of believers who remain faithful, watchful, and overcoming in their walk with God. We believe in the Rapture, when the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, the voice of an archangel, and the trumpet of God. The dead in Christ will rise first, and those who are alive and remain in Christ will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so, we will always be with the Lord.

1 Thessalonians 4:16–17
Resurrection and Final Judgment

We believe in the resurrection and final judgment of both the saved and the lost—the saved to everlasting life with rewards according to their works and the lost to everlasting damnation.

Divine Healing

We believe that divine healing is available through the redemptive work of Christ on the cross. We trust God as the source of healing and believe in His power to bring healing, restoration, and wholeness according to His will through the power of the Holy Spirit.

The Church

The Church of Jesus Christ is the universal spiritual body of believers from every tribe, tongue, kindred, and race. Indwelt by the Holy Spirit and empowered by God, the Church is called to fulfil the ministry and the Great Commission on earth.

Marriage

Marriage is God-ordained: "The creator made them male and female, and said, 'For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh.'"

We believe marriage is an exclusive relationship—a lifelong covenant, faithful union between a man and a woman. The relationship between husband and wife should reflect the relationship between Christ and His Church.
